Roshni Nadar, daughter of Shiv Nadar CEO of HCL Technologies has been appointed as the new CEO and executive director of the company. Shiv Nadar who will continue to be the chairman said Roshni will be taking strategic decisions at HCL corporation and is responsible for the same. Roshni is an MBA graduate in Social Enterprise Management and Strategy from Kellogg University, Illinois. She is also a trained classical musician and a trustee of the Shiv Nadar foundation.
While announcing about his daughter Shiv Nadar the chairman said that Roshni will be confined to HCL Corporation alone and will not involve in the day to day activities of HCL Technologies and HCL Infosystems. HCL Corporation holds 50 percent stake in HCL Technologies and 44 percent
stake in HCL Infosystems.
