Surya who recently completed his 24th film Aadhavan has started working on his next project which will be the actor's 25th film. Surya joins hands with his favourite director Hari who earlier gave him hits like Aaru and Vel. The film has been titled Singham and is a police story. The actor will perform the role of a cop after 6 years. Hari is also doing his second cop story after Saamy. The music is by Devi Sri Prasad. And the suprise is that the actor may sing a song in the movie.
The movie is produced by Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green the actor's cousin. And the sizzling beauty Anoushka will be seen sharing the screen with Surya. The comedy track is done by Vivekh who is also working with Hari after Saamy. The movie is likely to hit the screens for Summer 2010. The expectations are really high as the previous cop stories of the both the actor and director have been great hits.
